My experience at Austin's Auto was amazing! Their communication was excellent from start to finish. They took the time to thoroughly diagnose the issue, explain everything clearly, and work through the best solution for my car. It was obvious they genuinely cared about providing quality service rather than rushing the job. I truly appreciated their honesty, professionalism, and attention to detail. They have definitely earned my trust and will be my go-to place for any future automotive needs. Highly recommend!

Five stars isn’t enough. Austin’s Automotive was honest, communicative, and incredibly helpful from start to finish. I needed a new transmission in my new-to-me car, and they guided me through the entire process with transparency and professionalism. They made a stressful situation much easier to handle and earned my trust completely. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

I had been taking my car to Austin’s for years before moving out of town, and honestly, they have ruined all other auto shops for me! Even after moving away from the Lehigh Valley, I actually brought my car back to Austin’s for a thorough inspection during my last visit. The auto shop in my new hometown just aren’t as proactive with car maintenance, and I knew I could count on Austin’s to do it right. I love how thorough they are—they outlined exactly what they were looking at on my vehicle. What I appreciate most is their honesty; they provide clear recommendations for repairs that need to happen immediately versus things that can safely wait a few months. Before completing any work on your car, they send you an outline where you have the ability to approve/reject the service(s) you want. When it comes time you pay, you are given a detailed invoice with completely itemized parts and labor, so there are never any financial surprises. The guys at the front desk always provide incredibly friendly customer service, too. If you are looking for a trustworthy and reliable shop, this is it. I can't recommend them enough!
